1.1. These Terms define the conditions for using the "TuTu TAXI" service (hereinafter – the Service), which provides users with the ability to request taxi services through a mobile application or web interface.
1.2. By using the Service, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
2.1. The Service provides an informational platform for ordering transportation services, which are delivered by Partners – drivers or companies cooperating with the Service.
2.2. The Service is not a carrier and is not responsible for the quality of transportation services.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
3.1. The Customer must provide accurate information during registration and when placing an order.
3.2. The Customer must follow proper behavior rules during the ride and not endanger the driver or other road users.
4. Payment for Services
4.1. The ride fare is calculated according to the rates indicated in the mobile app at the time of placing the order.
4.2. The Customer may choose a payment method: cash or cashless (via bank card).
5. Liability
5.1. The Service is not liable for the actions or inactions of Partners while providing transportation services.
5.2. In case of disputes between the Customer and the Partner, the Service may act as a mediator but does not guarantee resolution of the issue.
6. Personal Data Processing
6.1. The Customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published in the mobile app or on the website.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms indicates the Customer's agreement with the updated conditions.
